GrowthSchool was a fast paced, high volume environment where I worked across social media, ads, landing pages, and a range of marketing collaterals. The challenge wasn’t just designing individual pieces, but figuring out how the brand shows up consistently across a lot of moving parts.

A big part of the work involved creating social content at scale, from campaign ads to course promotions, making sure each piece felt engaging without losing consistency. Alongside that, I worked on landing pages, focusing on structure, clarity, and how users move through the experience.

Over time, I got to work on a wide range of outputs, from reel thumbnails to full landing pages, which meant constantly adapting while still keeping things cohesive. It pushed me to think beyond individual designs and focus more on systems, speed, and how everything comes together as a whole.

This is where I learned how to design at scale.
